Penfold Post Box

This Commission is a 1:4 scale model of a post box in Beeches Ave. Carshalton.

Made of mahogany it stands 445 mm high.  

It is a working model with time plate and brass collection tags.  

The finial, acanthus leaves and heraldry are carved. The door opens but sadly the compartment is not big enough for the bottle of whiskey.
